Check X Change Mart also provides mail services including packaging and shipping, as well as check cashing services, private mail box rental, overnight express and custom packaging, rush incme tax refunds, and payroll advancement programs. Mandatory training programs include five days at the company headquarters and three days at the franchise location. Programs cover store poerations, personnal hiring and training, marketing, inventory control, store layout and design, and customer relations.


Franchisor provides training also provides; covers business management, equipment, staff training, and accounting / reporting procedures.
